We are committed to educating, connecting, honoring and advocating for our boys  while preparing them through entrepreneurship training and leadership development opportunities. Our vision is to bridge the economic gap while building capable men and leaders of the next generation.

​

Minority boys are unequally stigmatized, marginalized and criminalized and without support, they are likely to grow up to have the lowest earnings, have less education, suffer from unemployment and even die prematurely. Research shows that our communities are damaged directly or indirectly by these outcomes.

Inspired by a quote from Frederick Douglas, we believe that it is easier to build a boy than repair a broken man.

Since inception in 2014, we have worked with various allies to achieve our mission. We welcome you to partner up with us. Together, we will achieve our mission of developing our boys into great men, leaders and future job creators. Please see "About Us" for our mission, vision and successes.

Our Current Initiative: Men Impact Change MentorPoint

The M.I.C. MentorPoint is one of our 2022 key objectives. The goal is to provide the young men with relevant monthly mentorship sessions. These sessions are Free, and will be held on zoom webinars.
