Who We Are

Men Impact Change ( M.I.C ) is a unique, dynamic and multicultural 501 (C) (3) organization founded in 2014. Our mission is to educate, honor, connect and advocate for our boys and men while preparing underrepresented boys through entrepreneurship trainings and leadership development opportunities.

To bridge the economic gap through entrepreneurship education while building capable men and leaders of the next generation.

Our Successes

Impacted 1,000 young men through leadership and entrepreneurship workshops.

Honored 103 minority men across the nation

Our honorees come back as M.I.C ambassadors to pass on the baton by: Coaching the younger generation as well as the incoming honorees. They come back as speakers, while some serve as board members/ advisory committee members.

We host annual honor ceremonies, attracting a diverse audience of over 350.

We have partnered with dynamic leaders like the late congressman Elijah E Cummings, former African Union ambassador, Dr. Arikana Chihombori-Quao, former CNN commentator Roland Martin, African legend Prof. Ngugi Wa Thiong'o, just to name a few.

We offer 6-months internships to young men to help build their skills.

In the middle of the global pandemic in 2020, we transitioned our programs online, designed the Design Thinking and Entrepreneurship program and hosted multiple virtual workshops.

The Next Decade

In the next decade, we aim to close the skill and knowledge gap in our young men as well as foster the next generation of future-ready and innovative business leaders, job creators and employers. Our 3 year vision is to build a Men Impact Change Academy - with a focus on financial literacy, entrepreneurship & AI. We invite you to partner up with us today.
